Introducing “Cards” for Video on Youtube.com
To increase viewer interactions, Brand Echo incorporated the use of YouTube’s latest new feature called “Cards”. While watching a video hosted on YouTube.com, viewers are able to click on a small icon on the top right that can inform viewers about other videos, merchandise, playlists, websites and more. For example, depending on the card type you can add a custom image, title, call-to-action text and a destination URL from a list of eligible sites.
They look as beautiful as our videos, are available anytime during the video and finally work on mobile devices. This adds a whole new level of interactivity using video that allows marketers like Brand Echo to provide viewers additional information and measure feedback.
